FlexiCommute started in 2023 when we felt that travelling needs to be made more convenient and safer for the customer, especially in big cities where people hesitate to get their vehicles out – thanks to the traffic, lack of parking, and traffic jams. We also felt that the popular app-driven cab services are unreliable in punctuality; drivers cancel trips at their convenience, leaving customers stranded. Safety was also a concern, as reported in the media – the app-driven taxis conveniently wash their hands of any responsibility.
We wanted to ensure that customers got to their destination fast, with no cancellations. We appointed responsible drivers whose documents and backgrounds were verified. We also wanted to streamline the booking process so that someone trusted is responsible for client requirements—whatever the time, date, or number of people needing the service.
